Hashmi Girls Degree College is growing up under the aegis of Hashmi Human Resources Development Society with the objective of bringing about intellectual awakening & overall development of the people of area through education by imparting proper education to trainee teachers. It is recognised to National Council for Teacher Education (N.C.T.E. Min. H.R.D. Govt. of India, New Delhi) and already affiliated with M.J.P. Rohilkhand University and NOC from Govt. of U.P. to run B.Ed. Programme since 2007-08

Hashmi Human Resources Development Society is a Registered Society under the Society Registration Act 1860 Sec.-21 Vide Registration No. 440/1996-97 Dt. 13.11.1996 Under the Presidentship of Smt. Shakira Bagum at Amroha in Uttar Pardesh. The working area of the Society is the entire state of Uttar Pradesh.
The Main Objective of the Society is to promote education in the field of higher education and also render education & social welfare services to the poor, needy, downtrodden deserving people of the society.
