Dr. Rana Parveen | Principal

Dr. Rana Parveen did her B.A., B.Ed. and M.A.(Political Science & Philosophy) from M.J.P.Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. She has obtained LL.B. from Lucknow University, Lucknow. And she earned her LL.M. and Ph.D in Law from Barakatullah University, Bhopal (M.P.). Her area of doctoral research is Sexual Harassment at Work Place-There Problems and legal response (A Critical Study). She has 18 years of teaching experience in law. Prior to join H.M.U. Hashmi College of Law as a principal she served govt. Geentanjali Girls College, Bhopal(M.P.), Swami Vivekanand college, Bhopal(M.P.), Barkatullah University, Bhopal(M.P.), Bonifi Law College, Bhopal(M.P.) and S.S.Law College, Shahjahanpur(U.P.). Her areas of interest include Muslim Law, Labour Law, Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, Administrative Law etc.

Mohammad Tariq | Senior Assistant Professor (LAW)

Mohammad Tariq has 10 years teaching experience in Law. He has obtained B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), 5 years Integrated Course & LL.M. with Specialization in Labour and Environmental Law from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has earned M.A. (Sociology) Degree from M.J.P.Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and accompanied M. Phil in Law from Manav Bharti University, Solan (H.P.). He also qualified UGC NET in June 2005. He is an Organizing Secretary of National Seminar on Rights of Women in India: Issues, Challenges & Prospects, was held on March 30, 2014 organized by H. M. U. Hashmi College of Law, Amroha. He has taught at Bishamber Sahai Law Institute, Roorkee (U.K.) & Krishna College of Law, Bijnor (U.P.). His areas of interest are Intellectual Property Law, Service Law, Media & Law, A. D. R., Health Care Law, Conflict of Laws, Family Law (Muslim Law), Law of Contract Ist.

Noor Ali Ansari | Senior Assistant Professor

He did his B.A. (English Literature), LL.B. & LL.M. from B.H.U. Varanasi. He qualified NET in 2003 and pursuing Ph.D. from B.H.U. Varanasi. His Ph.D. work is on Triple Divorce in Muslim Law. His Areas of interest includes T.P.A., Land Laws and Procedural Laws etc.

Dr. Ripu Daman Pratap Singh |Assistant Professor

He did his B.Sc. (Biology), LL.B. from Agra University, Agra, LL.M. and Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. His Doctoral work is on “Corruption in Politics”(A Socio-Legal Study with special reference to Indian Scenario). His area of interest constitutional Law, Family Law(Hindu Law) and Law of Evidence.

Mohammad Haroon I Assistant Professor

Mohammad Haroon is Master of Laws (LL.M.) and an M.A. in Political Science, from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P.), with specialization in Administrative Law and Law Torts.
